| Diploma The Diploma in Management and Leadership is a comprehensive qualification providing you with the key management skills to enable you to operate effectively as a middle manager. It allows you to develop a range of competencies from operational management principles and practises to the development of resource control and use. The Diploma in Management & Leadership is recognised by the Chartered Management Institute as the benchmark qualification for full membership of the Institute and enables you to progress towards Chartered Manager status. To achieve a Chartered Management Institute Diploma in Management and Leadership, you need to successfully complete all core units from Group A, at least one core unit from Group B and three optional units from Group C to a minimum total of 62 credits. The Diploma can take between 6 to 12 months. |
